Cybersecurity Marketing

For the 2024 Kellogg Tech Club Competition, I analyzed growth strategy for an international cybersecurity firm and provided strategic marketing recommendations.

Audience Segmentation & Targeting

We interviewed business of different sizes to determine their pain points and develop a segmentation framework. We then performed a competitive analysis to identify the segment that our client could best serve with their value proposition.


Channel Strategy & Execution

We developed a mix of digital and in-person channels that our client could leverage to meet their target customers where they are.


For each proposed channel, we provided specific recommendations to improve our client’s presence and realize maximum ROI.

Lastly, we developed a phased execution plan that considered the time and financial investments necessary to enable a business transformation in less than 2 years.
